I already recommended it - or at least recommended that a friend with similar back problems look into it. We recently purchased our Tuft & Needle mattress because my doctor informed me that I would be required to either stand or lay down for 2 to 3 weeks after surgery - no sitting. We replaced a wonderful but extremely firm futon, and so far I've found it much more comfortable.

This is a wonderful mattress and I am a Princess and the Pea. I had reservations about a mattress that arrives in a box, delivered by a fox. I tried one of the other leading brands, and didn't keep it on my hands. I sent it back, it was like sleeping on a rack!
I'm glad I decided to try
A Tuft and Needle.
