the mattresses are very comfortable, ordering is easy and delivery is simple. Also the idea of donating to charity if the mattress is not suitable is excellent.

My wife’s back pains have ceased! Also, how can you go wrong with this bed? If it doesn’t work out for you, you don’t have to somehow wrap it up and ship it back....Tuft and Needle will donate it to a local charity.

Great delivery time, great prices, and my kids love their new mattresses. For me, as a larger mammal, I find the Tuft & Needle mattress a bit too soft and lacking any edge support. So my recommendation would depend entirely on what kind of mattress someone was looking for - if someone is looking for a medium foam mattress and doesn't sleep or sit on the edge I'd give Tuft & Needle a 10. If they are looking for something firmer with edge support I'd probably have to point them at an innerspring mattress like the Saatva. A rating of 7 overall seemed like a good compromise.

I was hoping it would be more firm. I’m also a little annoyed that you just released the new black mattress right after I bought the white one. I would have preferred a darker color over white.
