We have so far been really happy with the mattress, it's decreased pain significantly for both my husband and I. The only thing I don't like is the lack of edge support but I just saw you are coming out with a new model which addresses this.

I love the "goldilocks zone" this bed presents - not too soft, not too firm. I sleep very well on this bed and would definitely recommend it; however, I have deducted 1 point due to the edges simulating a slide if you sit too close to them.

Takes about 24 hours for the plastic smell to dissipate. It took me about 6-7 nights before I could really judge whether this was the right mattress for me, especially after sleeping on a coil type mattress for 15+ years. The whole process of having it shipped directly to my home and setting it up was easy. Overall, it's been a good experience and the mattress itself is very comfy!
