Not had the product very long, but the ordering process was smooth, delivery was quick, and the product appears to be of very high quality. So far, this is the score I would give. Hopefully it will be the same after many nights of sleep!

I absolutely love this bed. My husband who usually complains about how bad his back hurts every morning, had not had any pain at all sense we got our tuft and needle.

Delivered on time. Prompt service. Comfortable.. And the only solution for a mattress on the second floor of a very small 2 room cottage/outbuilding with a very small staircase..

Got the mattress 2 weeks ago, I cannot decide how much I like it. I thought it would be a bit firmer and it is hotter than my old mattress. At this time I am on a fence about sending it back. It is a good extra mattress for the guest room but for every day use, I am still undecided.
