I would prefer the sides to be firmer as I find myself unable to sit on the side of the bed without either myself sliding down or the mattress moving out from under me.
Does the mattress feel different in the Arizona climate (Late fall) compared to a early winter Iowa?

I am still evaluating the mattress. I recently put a goose down comforter for winter. Now I am sleeping too hot. My previous bed I did not have an over heating problem.
