The sides need more support so they don't sink down. I've never laid on a mattress that sinks on the sides that much.

So far so good. It came in days and is everything I expected. Time will tell if it holds up. Ask me in a year if I would still give it a ten:-)

While it wasn't a fit for us, the mattress is well made and could be a fit for others. Have already recommended it to a co-worker.
