I would have given u a 10 but I have not owned it long enough but so far very good. Good price, fast shipping, and the most important part is that it is very comfortable. Just the right amount of support. Not too hard, not too soft. Definitely comparable in comfort to the much much more expensive temperpedic and sleep number beds I was looking at.

Although I have not noticed a miracle feeling for my back pain, I have noticed it has lessened and I am sleeping longer at a time, about 6 hours and only then I get up having to potty, not from the mattress. It also has so much less transfer of movement than our old one.

It was Christmas gift for my daughter. The sales staff could not have been nicer in answering all the questions I had. The follow up after purchase is superior to any company I have ever dealt with.

Takes about a week to get used to but very happy with it. Not waking up with back pain like we did on the old one Have already recommended it to several people
