I'm still getting used to the bed but so far after 10 days I love it. My old matress was over 15 years old and had two egg crate toppers on it so this matress is very different but No more back problems.

I did research before making a choice. Customer comments
have value, if you take the time to understand just what their
words mean. I found that my feelings about this product are
just as positive as theirs! From my first night on this mattress
and each night since, I have had the most comfortable sleep
in my life! I look forward to my time sleeping like never before.
I feel rested and energized when I wake up in the morning!
I am very pleased with my choice of Tufts &Needle because
the results are actually as good as advertised.
Thank you for a great product, and also truthful accounts from
well rested fans of a great nights sleep!

Right now wife isn't liking it still hasnt help about sore back so just trying it till it break in and see what happens

We have slept on it for a little over two weeks now and have found that our hips, back and shoulders ache. We toss and turn from side to side to get short terms of sleep. It appears that the bed is too firm.
