We had a pillow top bed before we ordered gift and needle. The bed we ordered was a king size and it has been just wonderful. We sleep better we are more comfortable it’s firm but yet still soft. Absolutely love it

Process was super easy, bed arrived on time (and I knew it would because I had the tracking info), and it was everything I hoped it would be. No new bed stink!

I really have felt awful after getting this mattress. My hip and back joints ache and the mattress just seems to be too firm overall. Haven't returned yet, because I've been told to give it 30 days, but I am struggling. It was shipped fast, with easy setup, no chemical smells, and looks beautiful. Just doesn't seem comfortable at all to me.
