The ease in which the ordering and delivery process was completed. I've only had the mattress for one week, but it is very supportive and comfortable. I have other friends that have had theirs for over a year, so I know I can expect the comfort to last and I would certainly recommend the mattress to others who like a medium-firm level of support in their bed.

My husband is very pleased with your product. I am finding it a bit too solid for my tastes, but expect a combination of "I will become more used to it and it will soften up a bit" will make me happier. I am not unhappy with it at all. It is just the thin line between okay and bliss! have a fine day and a great sleep. Linda

The bed is amazing! And the convenience of not dealing with a sales person and not ever wondering if your paying an inflated price for the mattress. It really takes that stress away.
Also, my sister also owns one and after having children, she suffered from back problems. Since sleeping on a Tuft&Needle bed, no more pain. That's enough convincing for me!
