Bought this laptop around a month ago and maybe used it around ~10 times. For a laptop that prides in battery life it's not very impressive? I use its battery saver mode and it uses around 20% per hour for internet browsing with discord call. I only have 2~3 tabs open. Another thing is that with core i7 and 16gbs of RAM, its performance is concerning? It's not slow, but whenever I browse internet I can always hear the fan going. When I have ~5 tabs open the fan goes at full speed.
Another minor complaint I have is the speaker. It is on the bottom of the laptop so sound can become muffled.
Other than performance I am impressed by its weight. It is very light-- I own a macbook air 11" and this is lighter than that. Keyboard works properly, trackpad works well. Way better than other windows laptop brands. But overall with a laptop with this price tag I expected better.

I bought this a month ago because my other laptop got wet and quit working. Also, wanting a laptop that would help me for running a direct selling business. I haven't get to use yet all the features. So far it is very useful for me. Then, I realized this doesn't have a cd drive. This is definitely lightweight and I love that!

I like all the ports, but using one of the USB thunderbolt ports to charge is both nice and kind of a pain, I do like that there are two of them. I like the touch screen. The keyboard is nice and the case and touchpad are very solid. The laptop is very lightweight. The various LG tools installed are nice and helpful, even though some need better documentation on their use and function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This computer is so light and do fast. Every time I use it, I’m amazed at the speed. I share the computer with my son who uses it for gaming. I use it for leisure and work sometimes. Between the two of us, the computer is still speedy. The memory is not a problem because I have lots of space with the memory that came with it, but I could always add a hard drive. The colors are very vibrant and the sound is clears. I haven’t even plugged speakers because the speakers are loud on their own. The speed alone won me over, but I’m enjoying the crisp colors and sounds too.

I am a writer who travels a LOT, so being able to slide my computer into a tote before jetting off is important to me, but being powerful, fast, and responsive is ESSENTIAL. Thankfully this Gram does ALL of that and more.
I was delighted right out of the box as I noted JUST how lightweight this computer is, and while it feels like a featherweight, it works like a heavyweight. With a full-sized keyboard that responds to every stroke, to the responsiveness of the touch screen (eliminating my need for a mouse) this thin wonder gives me just what I need in a computer.
The built-in Alexa means that I can watch, listen, ask and even keep my grocery list going without having to get up from where I'm working.
The screen offers vibrant colors and the 32 GB gives me the lightning speed that I love. I also co-host a show and in the past have always used an auxiliary webcam. The adjustable camera on this Gram eliminated the need for the secondary camera and I can stream live without a bunch of equipment.
This would be perfect for college students because of the portability yet works great as my primary working computer.
