[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tea kettle. It is nicely constructed and easy to use. It does not take long for the water to reach its boiling point. The kettle doesn’t remain on to keep the water warm until used. It turns off immediately. This could be a positive or a negative. I wish I could adjust it to remain on for a limited time; then, shut off. I would also love for a sieve to be included to steep your tea in the water, instead of placing your tea bags directly in the kettle. It does have a small strainer that attaches to the spout to prevent unwanted tea grains from entering your cup.

We replaced it with a stainless steel Cuisinart tea kettle that was rated higher. I liked the looks of the glass one, but I think this one actually heats water faster, so I'm completely happy with it. Let's hope it lasts longer than the last one as well.
