I bought this a few weeks ago and was skeptical because of the price. $50! After I got it home and started using it I was very impressed! It works quickly, easily, and I love that its just a normal kettle that you just pickup and use! NO cords to worry about, bottom of pot doesn't get hot. Great!

I use the beast almost everyday, today 3 times, coffee, broth for pork chop gravy, and again is not enough broth, before the coup de Grace of milk!!! Love it, hope lasts longer than Aroma, 3 years on that one, tea everyday at college!

We all know what a tea kettle does, it boils water. And this one from Cuisinart does just that, very fast and then shuts off. But with this one you don’t have to hide it and take it out every time you want more tea. It looks great on the counter, plus the kettle is removable from the base so you can bring it to your table and fill many cups as it holds almost 60.
