Doesn’t roar anymore

Bought this for my son about 6mo ago. It roared like crazy and he had a blast with it and then all of a sudden it won’t roar anymore. Changed the batteries and still no roar. These toys are too expensive to stop working after 6mo.

Rumbling is a cool feature!

I liked that you could try out the dinosaur in the package, because the eyes lit up and it made the box shake, which my older kid thought was funny. I was nervous my 6 year old son would be afraid of it, but turns out he thought it was funny that it could "chomp" his hand! It's easy to use the orange handle at the top to "walk" the dinosaur, but you can also push and pull him with the tail and turn his head so he can open his mouth to the side! I almost threw away the included figure because of how it was packaged (was sort of easy to miss). I do wish that it would have included a small dinosaur like shown on the box, although not a huge deal (and it did say it wasn't included). Took me a minute to figure out what the "Power Pad" was that was supposed to unhook the chain. It also doesn't release with much force, even though the box makes it look like it does, and you don't need to push the Power Pad at all (you can just easily pull the chain up and it unhooks- almost too easily. Overall, it's a fun toy that is good quality and I think it'll get a lot of use!

Amazing dinosaur toy for a wide age range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This toy has so much to offer for a wide Agee range of children! I got this toy for my 5 year old but my almost 8 year old is enjoying it just as much as my 5 year old!
Unpacking was fairly easy. Make sure to have a pair of scissors handy to cut the zip ties. It needed minor assembly and that was not difficult at all.
My children immediately started playing with it. The dinosaur stomps when you push him forward or backwards and his eyes light up at the same time! He also growls and shakes making for lots of fun and imaginary play!
10/10 I would recommend this toy. Since it captivates children of all ages I know this toy won’t disappoint!

Fun for all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love playing with this toy. It makes real life roaring sounds and is a lot more interactive than I expected. My 3 year old loves it but a little afraid of it at the same time. My older kids 7, and even my 13 year old I find plays with it! Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.

Ginormous Dinosaur

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dinosaur is HUGE! The shear size is probably the biggest draw for my 8 year old son. That and the realistic roaring sounds and shaking movements are what he likes best about this toy. My son also likes that you can control the dinosaur’s head movements and mouth with the tail. However, my son feels this is best suited for children around 5 to 6 years of age. The toy quality and durability are excellent and very much in line with what I have come to expect with Imaginext toys. Both my son and I agree, the toy design is really well done with a lot of cool features. We would definitely recommend this toy for dinosaur lovers.

The mouth opens and closes and the roaring sound is so realistic. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cool dinosaur toy for their kids!!

Gigantic fun with a Gigantic Dino!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Travel back in time to bring the jurassic era to your playroom! This thing is AWESOME! This toy is HUGE (larger than a small dog) and has a ton of great features. Assembly was straightforward and simple, and you're ready to play 2 minutes out of the package with clearly written directions and included batteries. The dino's coolest features are activated by either lifting up on its orange collar or squeezing the handle on the underside of its tail. Either of these options will trigger the dino's eyes to light up, it will roar and it's head will vibrate /shake fiercely. You can grab the dino by its tail to push it back and forth and watch its legs move up and down as it goes. You can also twist the tail to turn the dino's head. A small figure is also included with this toy and can ride in an area below the dino. This is a super cool toy for any dinosaur fan. My boys flipped when we received it and haven't left it alone since! Hours of fun!

Watch out for the Dino

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Mattel’s play, rate and review program my children received the Imaginext Jurassic World Mega Stomp & Rumble Giga Dino for free for an honest review of the item. They love Imaginext toys and this dino is no exception. The Dino makes a roaring sound and it shakes and rumbles. The mouth opens up and down with the handle on the back so that other dino’s can be placed inside. The dino is well made and it was hours of fun setting up different characters and knocking them over. This is a great toy and was enjoyed by my children.
