This phone replaces an iPhone XR. It's a great replacement--the overall phone is slightly smaller, but the screen is slightly bigger, and the camera is a significant improvement.

I purchased this I-Phone for my husband online. This is his 2nd I-Phone. It is a great phone; however, I was not aware that the phone size-screen was so small. We are senior citizens and need the largest screens. Online, I did not see an option for a I-Phone Pro Max 14. I have the I-Phone 13 Pro Max and the screen is large and I love it.
All-in-all, my husband loves his I-Phone. I will upgrade his phone soon and get one with the largest screen size.

Order on installment plan, used iphones for ~20years now. Only 12 hours later glitched out and touch screen would not work. Get a different model. Returned after less than a day or receiving

That I can’t give a zero bothers me! If you can’t transfer my old phone’s info to the new one, blame it on the supplier or whomever you want to. I haven’t had a phone for two weeks now. And, still don’t know when I am actually going to be able to have a working phone. So, yeah, your service is very bad. And, I will let everyone know about the bad service. Actually, not bad service, no service would be a better description. I would text more, but I am tired of typing. Take care
