I switched from a Samsung s20 to an iPhone 14 because the sound on my Samsung was sounding as if the person I was talking to were across the street. I decided to go for an upgrade. I am generally happy with the iPhone 14, but there are a few issues that I have with it that will take some time to adjust to. Problem 1 is that I tend to work on the computer or my iPad while on the phone. This wasn’t a problem with Mo other phone, but with the iPhone, I have repeatedly hung up on the person I was talking to with my cheek. I can correct this by making the phone go to black.
Problem 2 is that when I hold the phone on my shoulder as opposed to with my hand up to my mouth, most people tell me that they cannot hear me.
If you have a habit of holding the phone on your shoulder while typing or multitasking, you should keep this in mind.
It’s an iPhone. Nothing groundbreaking. Affordable upgrade. A little smaller than before.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ran out of storage on my 11 pro so I had to get a new phone. I figured newer must be better especially the camera since they’re always “upgrading” those. This camera is absolutely horrific and cannot focus on ANYTHING. Will be trading asap. I do like the color but that’s about it. The people at the store were nice and helpful to me. Just wish I actually liked the phone.
I bought this to replace my trusty iPhone 11 that had finally had the radish so to speak. Everything seems much faster in terms or load times, and I find my service is also more consistent than with my older phone. It certainly isn’t the newest model, but overall I am very happy with this phone.
