Excellent customer service. I called about a couple of crooked beam boards, they send me replacements within two days. The size of the roof is to large (14ft) is to large to be installed by an average homeowner. It should be separated into four sections to make easier to install.

Great for keeping flys out.

Just put this up a few days ago. The netting hangs on a track and theres nothing to secure the bottom of it so it keep blowing over the furniture. I bought this because i read it helps keep the rain out. It rained today, and all the cushions were totally soaked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this product last year and it still looks amazing. It wasn't too difficult to install except for the last section of roof. This old guy and two old friends didn't have the strength to push the last section in place. My son and my friend's were called in and they got the last section in place in 5 minutes. I live in Long Island and originally thought I would apply an additional finish. When it was put together I could see that the wood was all treated very well and it really didn't require any more finishing.

We really like this netting. It is well made and takes some time to install if you are doing this by yourself. However, once installed, everything is great. Big, strong zippers. Love the plastic snaps - no rusting. Netting is heavy duty - i expect this to last. I installed it in about 2 hours. We have not used it yet -- I Hope to report back in a few months still singing its value.

Very pleased with the quality- from the zippers to the actual gauge of the screens. They are not flimsy whatsoever. Easy install, looks amazing. Many frustrated mosquitoes at our house these days :)
