Awkward and not as powerful as the 80V 500 CFM 80V 500 CFM Cordless Brushless Axial Blower.

Hello todaline We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your new product. There are usually two types of cordless leaf blowers that use batteries as their source of power. One is the handheld and another one is the backpack. It is up to you which one you prefer to be used in your gardening works. A general rule regarding which one to use is the backpack leaf blower is usually heavier but very comfortable to carry. It will usually have more power than the handheld leaf blower, thus suitable to be used in large areas. The handheld leaf blower is usually smaller and light in weight. Therefore, very easy to carry, however; the power of handheld leaf blower is usually less than the backpack leaf blower; is suitable for small to medium size areas. Hello Mikie711 We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your recent purchase, if we could try and help with some of your challenges and highlight some benefits of this tool. A leaf blowers power is measured through its airspeed (miles per hour) and its air volume (cubic feet per minute). Airspeed is the speed at which the air leaves the tube. The velocity of the air lifts the leaves. Air volume is the volume of the area covered by the leaf blower. So, it’s what blows the leaves away. This model is rated at 580 CFM and has 145 MPH airspeed. It includes the speed trigger and a turbo button for a boost of power. Cruise control was also added to avoid fluctuations in speed, which should help you save battery life. In regards to the battery run time, the run time of this backpack blower when used with a fully charged 2ah battery is up to 35 minutes. The charge and discharge cycle of these batteries are up to 2000 depending on the condition of storage and care. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate reach out to info@greenworkstools.com or contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757.

I was hoping for more power. Its okay for blowing grass off a sidewalk, but don't expect to blow a damp leaf pile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Benji78 Sorry to hear the 80V 580 CFM brushless backpack blower has not met your needs. With up to 580 CFM at 145 MPH the 80V 580 CFM brushless backpack blower makes blowing through dry or wet leaves and debris a breeze. The variable speed trigger and cruise control allow you to choose and maintain the speed you want. To engage the cruise control lever, pull backwards on the cruise control lever to engage and lock the trigger. Push forward on the cruise control lever to release and disengage the trigger. To use the turbo button, press the turbo button to boost the speed. Release the turbo button to make the blower run at the normal speed. We would be happy to further discuss the functions of the blower just give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).
