For the money, this is one great E-bike!

This is probably the best value for your money.
The biggest cons are that it doesn't turn/bank as well as it should and your junk acts as the missing shock absorbers. But realistically, those problems go away only when your willing to pay $2,500.
Other than that, Ebikes are fantastic even in cold Canada. I get such satisfying "schadenfreude" when driving past traffic :)

Such a fun e-bike! I use it on weekends and evenings and it keeps me moving effortlessly. Feels super premium. Handle bars position keeps back straight. Seat so comfy. Even has brake lights. Barely need to go above 3rd assist level, only on hills or when go real fast. Throttle hood from stop, but not made to do when pedal, assist kicks in. Might try to commute a couple days summer, because nowhere near sweat for regular bike. Assembly pretty easy too. Love it

Battery does not work

Brand new out of box and batter does not charge at all. The light on charger always stays green instead of red to show that it is charging.
Zero support from Aventon customer support. They never replied back.
Returning item to best buy and buying a different brand.
