This is my third HP product, Unfortunately it started having problems almost immediately and after having the unit for only a month I have to part with it so it can be sent in for service over the next 3-4 weeks. I find it interesting that it's like pulling teeth trying to secure a phone number to call for tech support when you're computer is inoperative to begin with which makes going online difficult
I'm extremely satisfied with this desktop computer, which met my needs. It's actually loaded with Windows 11 operating system. Fast, responsive, and a big improvement in performance overall to my prior HP desktop (about 7 years old), which gave me the blue screen of death one day. Customer service was extremely helpful in answering initial questions that I had to make sure the computer had the specifications and inputs that I wanted.
Lack of availability of DVD/Bluray players/burners and positioning in the tower are bad. I liked the horizontal position of the Multi Drive (DVD/Bluray writer in my past HP computer) and the available expansion bay for an additional drive.
Overall, is a very good computer, I love the speed and the built in DVD writer. Lately you can’t find them in PC’s. The only thing what set me back to give 5 stars the VGA option. Initially, my older PC ( HP also), had DVI connection so I was a bit disappointed when I saw that only the basic option is available.
