Only been using my new desktop for about a month now. Much faster and quieter than my old laptop that stopped working. I totally appreciate the 4 USB ports on the FRONT, plus the ear phone jack in the front also. So much easier to put in and take out all my thumb drives.
Has a very good processor, plenty of RAM, and the 256 GB boot SSD really makes it very responsive. The 1 TB hard drive adds plenty of storage for all my data needs. I'm not a gamer, so don't need a high end video card, but the default Intel video works well with photos and basic photo editing, and has no issues playing videos smoothly. Not having to pay for a high end video card I don't need made this a great value for me. And if my needs change while this is still current technology, I can always add one later on.
I bought this about a month ago, and I'm glad I did. I wanted a decent PC for work, and gaming, without breaking the bank. So far, this has handled everything I've thrown at it. The graphics are good, and it's very, very fast. I just finished Resident Evil's Village, and it played without a hiccup. I've now played this game on the PS4, 5, and PC, with the graphics being just as good on this PC as it was on my PS5. I was a bit put off by the hard drive of only 256GB, but purchased a 2TB external drive, and voila...good to go. You won't regret the purchase.
