I didn't know not everyone is compatible with windows 11, im having a hard time getting itunes to work and Cricut is not compatible yet.

This is my second computer in this HP series. Solidly built and Reliable, with plenty of USB ports both in the front and the rear. The reliability is a big plus: often reviewers seem to pay a little attention to longevity and reliability of a computer as an important factor in a review.
The white color is easy on the eyes and a big help, as it makes it much easier to see plugs and ports on the computer. If using windows 11, I recommend setting it to run with no hibernation, because in this state a monitor may stop detecting the computer, so that the machine must be restarted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Seems to be ok - easy to get up & running - just not very fast. Wish I'd stuck with my first plan and had the operating system on an SSD but the awesome salesperson convinced me that this combination was better (it's not :-) ... it's just ok

Overall, I am very impressed with the speed of this machine. My only complaints are:
1). Because there are two drives on this machine, a solid-state drive, and a hard drive, the user should have been asked during configuration where they wanted their data files and documents stored. By default, unfortunately, it was the same drive as the operating system, which was the solid-state drive. It was a very painful and tedious process to relocate/redirect standard file associations like Documents, Pictures and Videos to the hard drive.
2). All of the USB 3.0 ports, i.e., the high-speed USB ports, are in the front, and all of the slower USB 2.0 ports are in the rear. There should've been a couple of each in the front and rear to accommodate such things as external hard drives, thumb drives, etc. It is very awkward for me to have to plug my external hard drives into the front of the machine.

I am not a computer expert, by any means. This is a replacement for an HP all-in-one, that I had to return. Prior to that I had a 4 GB desktop, so this is a great improvement. Only thing I would have preferred would for it to ship with wireless keyboard and mouse. Also, when I was deciding on which computer to purchase, the customer service agent was very helpful, but misinformed me that I wouldn't need additional speakers, which is not the case.

I needed a computer , I had a laptop which did not last very long . Wireless does not all ways handle the internet very well at times . More secure was what I needed . It took a while to find something . I asked and looked around for what was available . Some were good and not so good . I was told to try HP .com on line . Look at everything that they have . I found something after a few days on there Web site . I asked about this system , got some answers . Thought carefully about this . Felt good about this decision , then made this purchase . I got everything I wanted at a price I could afford . This is now up and working very well for me . Thank you for all of your help in this purchase .
