My juicer.

This is the second juicer I bought from you because it is cold press. I liked the first one more because it had more attachments. (the most important one for me was the one for making cookies). However, I did not find that version and I bought what it was.
The biggest fault of your juicer is that the pulp falls into the juice container. Both containers must be wider but shorter. The designer probably never made a juice and saw this disadvantage. I like this juicer because it is small, has a nice color and squeezes the juice well.

So far so good!

It's only been one week but so far this juicer has been great! We've juiced celery, apples, carrots, beets, spinach, parsley, cucumber, lemon, and ginger so far. No problems with any of them. We juice our pulp a second round since it is still has some juice in it. We leave a piece of celery out to help the pulp down. Cleaning has been pretty easy, the brush it comes with to clean the metal mesh is a must though as a sponge won't do the job. I'm really hoping this juicer lasts a long time despite a fairly short warranty!

Clear plastic Drum and Feed Chute and the End Cap

I bought mine from Wayfair on September 23, 2020 and it actually sat in my appliance pantry until January of 2021 before I got to use it. Once I read the instructions everything was great up until today...that's almost 2 months of use! I was doing my regular juicing of lemons that were cut in 4's as I've done before and then out of no where the plastic drum and end cap broke right off. The end plastic end piece is still attached to the end cap! I love it and since it was just the end cap which I'm reading in the reviews here is a common problem to come off I'm going to order both pieces and if it does the same thing after cutting the lemons and peeling them I'll just do an upgrade.

Great product! I have been using it every day for the past two months, and it is part of my life already. Easy to assemble and clean, quiet operation. Compact design goes with every kitchen. I recommend H3000RED. The last reason but not least importante ...it is red and I love Red.

I was gifted my Omega 365 cold press juicer, thanks son! I use it daily to make celery juice, it does a great job moving the celery right through without issues. There is no waste as the pulp goes in the evening soup pot! The machine is easy to set up and take apart, and cleaning is a breeze. I Love this machine!

Have had another Omega 8003 for years and like that it is quick to use and clean up. So am very pleased with the 365. I’ve had it about a month and use it primarily for celery juice because I’m trying to reduce aches and pains from inflammation. I’ve recommended Omega to a friend who bought one and I got one for my daughter. I’ve broken parts several times - my own fault - but am pleased with your replacement parts.
