Missing Pieces

My mother bought this for me for a birthday gift. I was really excited to put it together but when i got to bag four I realized that i was missing quite a few pieces. Not sure if pieces are able to be sold separately but it would really help. I really would like to finish the set.

As other reviews have mentioned this set is missing pieces. I'm only half way through and I'm already missing 4 pieces. Never had a set have even one piece missing so to be missing several is very strange.

Missing parts

I'm early in the build and all ready missing atleast 9 large parts. This has never happened to me before. Believe it is a manufacturing issue Lego needs to address. The parts so far I'm missing are back ordered too. This is unacceptable for the money spent on this.

Thought this set would look awesome on the wall. Started building. Missing entire bags, and pieces. It seems this has happened to a lot of people. Although it looks cool, you can't finish it.

This set looks great but displays so horribly. Trying to put this up was a huge hassle and was constantly falling apart while I tried to put it up. Honestly if it falls at any point I won’t try and put it back together.

MISSING PIECES

This art piece is enjoyable to build when you have the parts you need, I just finished step 5 and realized I was missing more pieces. I had to contact lego for a second time because of missing pieces on this set Ive been trying to build for the last two months. I will now have to put it on hold for another 2 weeks because Im waiting for the replacement parts to arrive. This is the second time Im missing parts on this set which is terrible considering ive never had missing pieces from a lego set. Im dying to finish this so i can put it up but unfortunately it will now be a total of 4 weeks of waiting for pieces. So if u order this just check all your parts at the start so you dont end up like me. Again super fun to build when u have the pieces but its a huge bummer when you cant continue because of missing pieces.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fell off the wall. Shattered

It would be nice having some directions on how to mount it to the wall. It’s advertised as mounted to the wall but no instructions on the right way of doing. I assumed it was on the back black slotted pieces. Only to have them snap off and shatter it on the floor. Waste of money.

If your set seems like it's not very sturdy, the best thing to do is double-check your build. Step 90 of the building instructions shows how to place the hooks onto the model correctly. Feel free to reach out to us at LEGO.build/Service-BV if you need further assistance!
