Mini-figure missing

I purchased this for my son as I do every year. He and I really enjoy them. We had a lot go on over the holidays and the calendar got forgotten about. My son recently rediscovered it and completed it. Unfortunately when he got to the 24th day he opened a second tie fighter instead of the holiday r2-d2. We are big fans of the calendars and will continue to buy them, but if there is anything you can do about the missing holiday r2-d2 we would appreciate it.

Missing Snow Trooper

I love Star Wars and I love Legos, but I was disappointed to find that I was missing the snow trooper and given a duplicate build from another day. This really broke the momentum of the fun of opening a new build every day, especially since this was a minifigure.

Advent calendar

For those of you who bought the Star Wars advent calendar for 2022, I had the same issue with the wrong sets in the doors. I found that the tray had been inserted backwards. It is annoying that this happened as I had to open a few doors ahead of time to figure it out but if you turn the tray around it works.

We love it so far, but we're missing day 8 in its place was day 20, now we have two day 20's. Even pulled the tray out to double check.

Missing Darth Vader

Instead of getting Darth Vader on Day 12, we got the Hoth Luke minifigure. We thought we would wait and see if Darth shows up, but we got another Luke on Day 21. My son is very disappointed. I submitted a missing parts request, but it said that everything is out of stock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A great set for a very saturated theme

Star Wars sets have been around for a long time now; this set alone is the 12th Star Wars advent calendar. There are so many Star Wars Legos, it can be difficult for these calendars to feel like they offer something special. I think this one found the sweet spot. There is enough new things here that are well designed and incorporate the holiday theme in a fun way to appeal to long time and new fans alike.

This is the first Advent calendar I've bought after eyeballing them for some time and I'm so happy I did. I love ALL of the builds and the figure selection is great. The Christmas-themed figures specifically are all-stars! Likely going to make this a yearly thing now. :)
