Damaged box

I ordered this item online in January 2023. The item was shipped without a cardboard shipping box and with the shipping label glued directly to the item. In addition, the box was shipped with a hand sized hole in the side (probably damaged during the shipping process). I already called customer support to voice my displeasure, but I decided to keep this item as it looks like all the required pieces are accounted for. Disappointed with the overall experience and I decided to place my other lego orders with another retailer.
I have yet to build the item but I have high hopes for the Lego build quality and care.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
