perfect for my 6 year old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] at first, my 6 year old protested this toy since he just wanted to build the legos. but after the first mission (there's a total of eight), he was really excited to tell me that he got his police badge for solving the mystery! there's a cute story line using the Lego Building App. also nice to not have to deal with that paperwork. the only downfall was that the app kept crashing on us after each mission, so we had to restart it (most likely an issue with our tablet). it provided a couple hours of fun for us. i wish it was a bit longer, but i doubt he would've had the attention span to finish.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun and unique!

Great if you have a tablet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is great not just for building but for broadening your imagination with the use of a tablet: it’s very interactive. The instructions were easy to understand and can be found on the Lego building instructions app. You can navigate each piece and see them in different views.

Great fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LEGO City Water Police Detective Missions playset requires a smartphone or tablet equipped with the LEGO Building Instructions app. My kids are huge Lego fans and have assembled tons of Lego sets in the past, but being 7 he loved the app and it was so great to see him learn and sit and complete the entire set

My 9-year-old twin grandsons love this set of LEGOS. I would definitely recommend this set for anyone that loves playing with LEGO. This set is great addition to the boys sets they have setup and put together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys got the water police Lego set and they loved it my son built a boat it’s pretty awesome they don’t always build what they are suppose to but when they first got they built it all then destroyed it but they had fun I would recommend for boys and girls

This set introduces the kids to an interactive police detective play where they can play role in digital adventure stories using real lego bricks.They are able to complete on-screen missions and building challenges.
This keeps the kids engaged and increases their problem solving abilities.
