Directions need to improve on this one

I have put together Legos for my own kids and now the grandkids. I felt that the colors in this booklet were not the quality that it has been. The instructions did not seem as clear and concise for this build. I am not a stupid person and have built a lot of these sets. But, this was seemed to be "off" in a few ways.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have four Grandsons. They are all serious Lego- builders. This was a birthday gift for Asher who turned 9 years old in 2023.

I love the four heads on this dragon and it's a good throwback from the original dragon. It's a great display piece and fun to play with! I would recommend this set to someone who likes Ninjago. 9/10

As a new collector of ninjago I was very pleased with this dragon. It is massive comes with a lot of figures. Amazing articulation, even the spinal cord movies. A tad bit overpriced. But overall an amazing dragon the anatomy is fantastic dragon has a nice muscle tone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I need more arms!

I want to start with the fact that most of this set is awesome. My son built it almost exclusively on his own, he loves the way it looks, but there is one major problem. Lloyd's golden Oni form appears only once in the actual Ninjago TV show. The only time his oni form appears... he has four arms... not two. The only reason my son wanted this set was to get his hands on a golden oni Lloyd. The crystal King has four arms like the garmadon Minifigures before that, and it is incredibly disappointing that they skimped or made the mistake with Lloyd. My son is in a Ninjago club and one of the other kids got this same set, the only thing they both talked about was the fact that Lloyd didn't have four arms. Lego please fix this or at least make a proper four armed Oni Lloyd minifigure available.

Mini Figures Galore!

I have collected all the larger Ninjago dragon sets and had to get this one for completeness. Once built, this dragon is awesome and sturdy. If someone were to play with it, I'd imagine it would hold up to quite rigorous play.
The set is a bit on the expensive side as others have noted, but the mini figures help with that. I like the crystal minions and this acts a lot like a battle pack by supplying multiple minions and ninjas. Overall a solid set.

One of the best ninjago dragons

This set is absolutely amazing, I love the aesthetic, the only thing holding this set back is the price. It's 20-30 dollars overpriced, but the amout of minifigures kind of helps soften the blow. The Golden Oni Lloyd minifigure is very nice too. The wings look kinda weird but the play feature makes up for it. If you buy it you won't be disappointed :)
