The set really surprised me as the scale of the ship ends up being really big! The ship is also very sturdy with interlocking and tension on the mast. The Viking minifigures have amazing detail as well. Great set overall!

Great Viking Set!

I feel like Viking Sets have been underrepresented in Legos. So when I saw this set I had to have it.
Very fun build and the attention to detail is very nice . Fun to play with .
I hope Lego makes more Viking themed sets to go along with it in the future .
10/10 would recommend to any Viking/Medieval enthusiasts.

Amazing Viking Ship Ever Made!!!!!

This is my second Viking ship I have gotten from Lego and this build was absolutely amazing! The building haul of the ship is mind blowing! The mini figures are outrageously amazing! As always of course! And just the overall build was amazing! I would seriously buy this set again just to build it again! 10/10!

Fun build with minor play issues

My 5yo daughter and I built this over the course of a week and a half. While doing the build we bad some discussions about sailing, norse mythology and vikings which was fun. I always look for builds with symmetric sub components so we can build in parallel and she can compare her build to mine. And this build has lots of symmetry to help.
The final build is great and my daughter was excited about the minifigs hanging from the mast lines like in the box art. The only play critique is the shields sometimes are hard to take off/on the posts without pushing out the spike or removing the post holders on the hull.
Overall we love it though.
