Omg!! Where to begin? This set is so amazing! Awesome little details to find ! Had a great time building it! Great work to the designers! It's so awesome, I want to live in the set!! No issues at all! Highly highly recommend.! Love it!!!!!!

I recently bought this set for myself because it looked interesting. I found it to be a fun experience. I like how the wire for the light is hidden. All in all one of my favorite sets.

Great Set, Great Addition To Any Collection

This set is pretty amazing from start to finish. The build is pretty easy, along with the amazing details in the set. I love the treasure under the base, and the fact that there's actually a light that rotates is pretty sweet. The minifigures are pretty well done as well. I do think the set is a bit overpriced however.

Overall, you look at it as the light rotates, an get the idea that it is a working replica of a lighthouse. Unfortunately the light is reflected to the freshnel lense by a metallic sticker. This greatly reduces the light available. If you have a very dark room and place the build near a wall, you'll see the focused beam as it shines on the wall. I wish they had embedded a small mirror into the tile instead to make more light available for the lens. If someone does this, they should be able to find plenty of buyers.

fun build with beautiful ending

This is probably the most beautiful set I've built. While many of the Lego sets are fun and look great, this is one that I will happily display in my living room, as opposed to my lego room. The attention to detail make it look more like a model, as opposed to a LEGO kit.
