I bought and built this today. I’m so happy with it. You can rearrange it. Set it up how you want. And I love how it is set with the later books in mind.

Wonderfully unique set

Very fun to build, particularly the offices for Umbridge and Arthur Weasley (although the window panes felt like they might break, the window frames make them a tight squeeze). The minifigure selection is the best part of the set, so many exclusive characters! My only wishes were that each module had a little more depth so that it was easier to set minifigures inside them, and that the golden statue and fountain felt more grand (bigger fountain or a brick-built version of the statue), it feels somewhat tiny next to the very tall offices. Overall I love it, my favorite from this wave.

More Ministry if Magic sets please!!

What a great step in the right direction, good to see more of the Wizarding World in lego form. Hope to see more Ministry sets in the future… Hall of Prophecy? The misuse of Magic Trail? The Battle in Foyer? The Archway?.. so many wonderful sets to possibly think of.

The best hp sets combine the beautiful architecture of the world with playability of the best moments of the series. This set does neither, with a lackluster build for a very high price point. A disappointing departure from so many of the great sets in this series.

Fun Modules

Overall, I really liked this set. The modules were fun to put together and I like being able reconfigure them easily. The modules were certainly easy to put together.
I thought the fountain was a let-down. It seems a bit small and doesn't really fit the descriptions from the books.
It is probably frivolous, but I think I may purchase a second set to create other offices and add another fireplace.

Some what dissatisfied

Felt the final product was a bit flimsy especially for its price when compared to all the other sets. The design was cute, but overall not very strong..comes apart very very easily. I bought mine to display in my collection however i would imagine it would be very frustrating for a child if it was their toy.

Disappointing

I’m a huge Lego Harry Potter collector and was really excited about a Ministry of Magic set. But this set was very underwhelming…there are so many options to create an awesome Ministry of Magic set and what we got is something that looks like a large gate. I was really hoping for more, especially at this price point. The minifigures are really cool though!
