I LOVE my HP laptop! It has all the speed and performance that I need, fast startup and didn't include any bloatware like the other competitors. Plus, it's easy to upgrade if it requires more memory. I've always been happy with HP products.

The sound quality on this laptop was very low at the highest setting when streaming movies. The tech department was unable to help me resolve the problem. They wanted me to pay another level of tech to get my NEW computer to function properly!! The picture quality is good though.
