Very happy with my HP purchase! I bought this same computer almost 2 years ago and it was working perfectly, till my kids spilled a drink on it! I knew I'd buy the same computer again, and got a great deal on black Friday (with accident protection). Would buy the same computer a 3rd time if I had to. Love the larger screen and transferring everything is super simple.

Can't setup without Microsoft account. I purchased this for someone else and wanted to set this up before gifting it. Unfortunately I can't even get it through without logging in or creating a new Microsoft account. Not happy with the setup experience.

Replaced an older smaller lap top with this one. It looks great, love the color and works very well and is fast. Start up and moving old files and apps to this computer was easy and it had step by step instructions to follow which all worked. Internet hook up was a breeze and we are very pleased with the whole transaction from price to delivery to set up and operation.
