Not able to give complete positive feedback. Memory availability small and creating difficulty w/ handling my previous data. Transfer programs inadequate to deal w/ my old data. Be more clear with programs you suggest to do the job.

Very pleased with my new laptop HP 17. The sale price was well worth it, and I love a lot of the newest features that Windows 11 offers. The set up of the keyboard is easy to use and I have added a mouse for ease of searching, etc. I still have a few minor visual chinks to work out but overall is it great. I recommend this for anyone that doesn't want to break the bank with a new laptop purchase.

This laptop was everything I expected and more. The ordering process was easy, efficient and though I did not need any upgrades (processor, memory, etc.), it was nice to have the option if I needed it. I received the laptop about a month ago and it suits my needs fine- I had read some reviews but for basic home computing, it is phenomenal! The 17" screen is the perfect size and negates the need for multiple monitors. I have been on numerous video calls that run better than on my phone or iPad. Great product at a great price!

The hardware is outstanding. The software included is so bogged down with bloatware that it slowed the computer down. HP would be better off sending these laptops empty and letting you install Windows yourself.
