Overall it’s a great laptop! I upgraded from a stupid HP Chromebook that I HATED. I use the laptop for graduate schoolwork and I can easily have 20 tabs open without a problem or a loud fan. My only gripe would be that it is super touchy and sensitive. I’ll go to click on something and it will highlight an entire page. I try to watch where my hand rests, because it is a large track pad, so maybe that it the issue. The touch screen is finicky as well, but I’ll chalk that up to me not having the HP stylus for the screen.
The computer is everything I expected. It is a bit heavier and larger than my previous computer but that is understandable due to the large display. There is a learning curve going from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I will see how it does on my next trip.
Love my new PC. Fast and great storage with one drive. I also have a monthly membership to HP smart friend support and they are great to work with. Loaded all the files from my old computer that I wanted onto my new computer. Highly recommend this service. It was easy and most helpful to me. Only thing I miss on this new computer is the accounting number keyboard but I am getting use to having just the numbers at the top. Makes the keyboard more compact and just a great size. The new computer is lighter in weight too.
