A very neat laptop. It took a call to learn why my enter key was not working, and discovered that the key I needed was on the top left hand side of the touchpad. It takes time to get used to the whereabouts of the apps and keys needed to operate the laptop. Not like my old W10 model. You will need to buy a mouse offering wifi and possibly a bluetooth connection,and dvd player if you envisage using an external hard drive or the dvd player
for cds as there are only two USB slots which will be used by other gadgets. The 512Gb hard drive is sufficient for my needs and is very quick to bring up apps or pictures on the device. Overall I am pleased with the laptop.

This is my 3rd HP laptop, and by far the best. Was apprehensive to start with Windows 11 but it was easy to set up and use. Im so pleased that I decided to take the step. The laptop starts up in an instant, is very clear and easy to use. It is strange learning a new Windows set up but was far easier than I expected . It is easy to find your way around this laptop, and with being an advanced age with no formal IT training, I am pleased and relieved that this HP laptop makes it so easy. The Blue colour case is very pleasing and a very pleasant change from silver. The laptop is also easy to log off and close down when you have finished the things you wanted to do. I would recommend this laptop.
