Love the speed and feel

I bought this as I had previously bourght HP Notebook which lasted for 15 years and had no problems with it until recently. Very happy with this one it's very fast for i5 and is up todate with Windows 11 and other operating apps and has adequate storage for my needs and also like the feel of keyboard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

OK Laptop but frequent re-installation of Realtek drivers required

Now had this laptop for 6 weeks and have had to re-install RealTek Wireless Lan Drivers 3 times. I have never experienced a proble like this with any other PC/Laptop. HP are obviously aware of the problem as they have a link to the drivers on their website - about time HP came up with a proper solution! Had I been aware of the issue before, I would not have bought the laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this about a month ago to update my Pavillion model and generally very pleased.
First impressions were that it felt a bit flimsy but it’s lighter than my previous model. As I’m only using at home - retired now - it’s fine.
Disappointed with power/battery settings -don’t work - and HP support hasn’t solved my problem.
Apart from that good value and powerful.
