A good laptop for starting seconday school

I bought this for my 11 year old grandson when he started secondary school this term for doing do his homework and course work. I have used HP products for many years and have been pleased with them, so it was an obvious choice for our Grandson. Hopefully it will see him through a few years

I have had this laptop 1 month now and am very happy except for two niggles !!!, WHICH HOPEFULLY IS MY FAULT, 1. for some reason the move folder button has stopped working so I then dragged the files to the correct folder Fine, but the next day it would not drag then two days later it allowed me to drag to folders ??, 2. It has stopped me make making a new folder press folder button up pop's make new folder click on it nothing happens ??, My tech guy is calling in to check in case I have pressed a wrong action as not at all a tech geek, so hopefully if it is my fault I would certainly give it 5*., so lets hope this is a fault of mine
