I purchased this product about a month ago and its working excellently. However, there is no microsoft product key for products like word, excel, power points etc
I bough my laptop about 2 weeks ago. I thought it would be an enjoyable upgrade from Windows 10. ITS NOT. Its totally different and forces many things on you and your computer, I absolute hate ONEDRIVE the most. It moves files around into totally arbitrary way and having switched ONEDRIVE off it wiped out ALL my filed grand children pics from over the years. Fortunately I had them backed up to memory stick BUT IT didn't know that ! I have now got it working as near as I can to my old and wonderful Windows 10. Wish I'd never bought the new one.
Bought this laptop around 3 weeks ago. Ordering was quick and simple using HP’s website. Product delivered in 2 days. This pc with i5 chip is fast on startup comes with windows 11 installed and handles the software for various applications. It’s joins another Hp laptop I purchased 3 months ago. Very pleased with my purchases
My only quibble is with the actual manufacture. In 2004 I bought an HP Pavilion zd7000 with XP. I rebuilt it several times and managed to get a 240g second hand disc, and it is still going strong; a beautiful keyboard. In 2014 I had an HP Pavilion TS 15 Notebook, upgraded from 8.1 to Windows 10. Now I have this 15s-fq4006na laptop, still to fully appraise. But throughout the manufacture seems to have got flimsier, and will I still use it 20years hence as with my XP.
