This has replaced an 8 year old HP laptop with Windows 10, which was driving me mad as it was so slow. The new one is a revelation. It is almost instantaneous in its speed for my admittedly undemanding use - mainly MS Office, e-Mail snd Internet Banking. With Windows 11 pre#loaded, it feels and looks modern, with good definition on the screen. There is only one downside for me and that is the characters on the keyboard, which are in some lights, very difficult to read. The old one had black keys and white characters, but on this one, they appear to be etched or shallow moulded into the plastic. That hasn’t diminished the pleasure of using the new laptop, however. It has exceeded expectations.

I bought 2 laptop last month but the laptop is fine it's body is to fragile and low quilty marital I use to buy laptop top frp hp since January 2009 I almost bought 6 laptops all were good even excellent standards but this time I am disappointed even I didn't open 2nd box yet only using one the material used on it it not strong body is not good as use to be in few past years
