It is good in speed but sometimes it creates sounds while processing. It genuinely issued charger also gets heat up before one full time full charge.

I bought this laptop over a month ago. At first I was disappointed by the loud and consistent fan noise but the HP team managed to exchange that item for another one, and the second laptop is much quieter. It works incredibly quickly, practically no lag, plus the keyboard is very comfy to type with. The battery life is nowhere near the advertised 7 hours - it's more like 2h when doing some light browsing. But I'll take it. I got the product at a discount so it's worth the money. Finally, the exchange process was extremely slow - about two weeks in total from asking for a return.
I would recommend this to a friend!
