Beautiful notebook, great specs for the price... but Win 10 S is a real pain and needs to be your first task to remove it. Supposed to create security, sure if all you want is to install apps from the microsoft store.
Bought a new HP laptop with i7 processor, for Christmas. It has taken me time to adjust to the touch pad without left and right buttons, but I am used to it now. Have had no issues with it. Seems to be very fast with a nice large screen. Much better than my last machine from Lenovo.
It's very fast and I'm very happy with it. However, had to purchase letters/numbers to put on keyboard as extremely difficult to see and read the keys.
Biggest disappoinment....purchased HP printer and HP laptop months apart.... expected seamless connection. Tookl your staff two calls and hours for them to work together.
All is well now land I'm a happy camper. Love the features.

Love the laptop but it would have been nice if you disclosed that it will only be supported until the end of this year. I would have purchased something else as I am not in the habit of buying a new computer every year.
It is beyond ridiculous that I need to sign in to an HP account to scan my own documents... it feels like a personal invasion and a real over-reach. This was not a requirement that originally came with the product, truly a disgusting innovation. Should be an option to opt out of signing into account. I am fine with the printer talking back to send ink levels, but that is all. Also, the sign in process takes time which is a real pain when I am in a hurry.
This is a nice laptop for the money, but could have used a couple more usb ports. My old tower is going on ten years old and getting slower so it was time for a new computer so I seen this one and It works well with what I have to do. Plenty of speed and memory.
