My new HP laptop is beautiful and has a keyboard that actually makes me want to type stuff directly from the laptop. I rarely use built-in keyboards, preferring to use a wireless one, but this keyboard is quite neat. I also love the laptop's speed and quiet. Moving from an older HP laptop to a new one, I continue to be happy with the overall HP experience.

Works fine but required reset to factory settings

Upon arrival after updating software, my bluetooth devices would not connect. After trying Microsoft customer service and HP customer service trying to fix, HP suggested I put the computer back to factory settings and try again. Several hours later everything is working fine.
