Great customer service and device

I got my humidifier as a gift and loved it. It works really well and helps with my allergies. It malfunctioned recently, i suspect the hard water at my new locarion may have had somthing to do with it, but the customer service was amazing and i qas able to get it replaced under warranty

We've loved this humidifier! It's easy to use/refill, very quiet, and effective. The customer service has been great as well; I had an issue with my humidifier and was able to speak with someone to get it replaced quickly. Highly recommend!

Sleek, functional, and super easy to fill

We have had several Pur humidifiers over the years, and this one is by far our favorite. We have one in each bedroom and one in our main living area to help with the cold, dry winter months. This one is sleek, easy to use, and super easy to fill. Rather than having to drag the dripping water container to the closest sink to fill, we simply use a half gallon jug and pour the water in. This makes it much more likely that we will keep it filled and running. You can even fill it while it is running. Super smart design.

We purchased the humidifier a few months ago for our 95 year old father and has worked very well to get moisture into the air and alleviate his dry nose and sinuses. It just stopped working so I spoke with Rosa in customer service who has agreed to replace the unit. It is hard to find customer service like this these days. Thank you Hume and Rosa. I recommend this product from this company.

Convenient, quiet, low lights

I like the convenience of the top fill humidifier. I also like how quiet it is compared to other humidifiers I've used in the past. I also love the fact that you can turn the light on or off (way too many electronic home products have unnecessary lights--which are especially disruptive at night).
