More than satisfied with this humidifier, we had other brands and types in the past, but in my opinion, this is top of the line, and customer service is there too, had to e-mail a question, got a response in a matter of minutes.

Wonderful! I can breathe again

This is a wonderful humidifier! I was so happy to find one that is aesthetically pleasing, output is high, options are convenient (3 output levels, light, timer), top fill!!, quiet and easy clean. The only reason for missing a star is because the output is in the back and the controls are in the front, so I end up placing the controls towards the wall. Not a big deal, but would rather not look at the plug-in cord and have easier access to the controls. But as far as function, it's by far the best humidifier I've owned and best of all - I can breathe again! Thank you!

Better than others I've tried

I have been using this humidifier 24 hrs/day for the past 2 months. I use it in a 320 sq ft room that is occasionally closed off by doors and is heated by a wood stove. It maintains RH about 38% which we find very comfortable.
Pros: very quiet, good output, easy to refill, easy to operate
Cons: small reservoir requiring 3 (although easy) refills a day and the electric cord is on the same side as the mist output. This makes it less attractive if you place the mist away from the wall (highly recommend) and could make the operating controls more difficult to reach.

-I like how it’s easy to fill and clean
Cons:
-the misting area should be placed near the front of the unit so if you place the unit near a wall it doesn’t create moisture on the wall. I have to adjust the unit so it doesn’t face the wall which then moves the buttons facing to the side which is not convenient.
