I just moved to a location that has hard water…can I use the hard water in this humidifier or do I need to use distilled? Thank you in advance.

Simple and effective

I received this as a baby shower gift. I hadn’t used it much because I live on the east coast and it’s very humid in the summer. But now that it’s winter and my little babe has his first cold we plugged it in. Definitely makes a difference in moisture for our small bedroom. It’s quiet and no lights blinking etc. Easy to fill and clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Impossible to clean!

There is some random gurgling noise that is very annoying. The device is hard to clean, especially the tank since you can’t open the entire thing, only a little opening the size of a quarter. Seems very tedious to maintain cleanliness, I think this could have been made better. Can’t believe I wasted my money on this, I had high hopes because of the ratings but I regret buying this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ONE IS GREAT But my second one is a Dud

I have two…& I rate one excellent, but my second I rate two stars. have two of these humidifiers, however one of them does not put out l much mist. I really like and it has helped my dry eyes. I no longer have to use meds for my severe dry eyes. I purchased another (the two Stars) for my husband, but it does not work like the first one. The airflow is so low that you can’t hardly see any mist coming out and most of the distilled water is still left by morning As far as cleaning I have no problems; I clean every two weeks.
I would recommend this to a friend!
