I've had this product for 2 years and I love it. Could not imagine being without a humidifier over the winter months. I had a minor issue with it and the customer service was excellent. It was so convenient to get in touch with them, and my replacement part very quickly.

I Purchased this for our little munchkins room, with Canadian winters, coughs and colds it was the perfect little size. Whisper Quiet for un-disturbed sleep. Great purchase!

We purchased out unit to help with dry eyes and sinus issues during the winter months and it has been awesome. No more issues. Its also very quiet. Hardly tell its on.

I had it at level 1 and it was perfect for our purposes! We needed one because it was hard to sleep at night and our lips were dry but this pretty much solved everything!

Great features, slight design flaw

I bought this humidifier a few months ago and it works great! Super quiet and the auto shutoff feature is excellent. My only complaint is more of a design flaw, I think. We need we the unit every day and rinse it out and let it dry. Unfortunately, black spots started showing up within the unit and it’s extremely difficult to remove bc the opening is too small to get your fingers in to clean it. That being said, the customer service has been fantastic! Edwin was very helpful with tips on remitting the issue. One of the few companies whose people actually answer the phone and really want to help you with any issues. Really good product, minus one minor flaw, but excellent customer service!

Easy to operate

We have electric heat in our bedroom. The air gets very dry. The Pure Enrichment Mist Aire Studio ultrasonic cool mist humidifier works great to alleviate the dry air. I also like that it runs quietly and has the option of using the blue nightlight. All options done by clicking one button!

Powerful little humidifier!

We got the cool mist humidifier back when we got Covid. It helped both my husband and I get through the night without having a horrible dry cough. We recently used it for our 16 month old who was suffering from bronchitis, and let me tell you, it did wonders especially with some nose Frida drops. We love our pure enrichment humidifier and would definitely get another once we have our second baby.
