Purchased Purezone mini portable air purifier. Charged unit and cord broke when removed. Contacted customer service. They were great to work with and are sending a replacement cord. Excellent service.

I broke my removable handle :(

My son bought me a Pure Zone Mini Portable Air Purifier and I dropped it and my handle broke. I wanted to know how can I buy another one so I messaged the customer service and an agent emails me back and says they don't have replacement handles but she wanted all this information from me about my purifier but I don't know for what? It wouldn't get me a replacement handle. I posted a picture of my purifier. The handle cracked right in the middle. I had it propped up on the handle and I made a mistake and it rolled off my nightstand. I hate that the handle broke. It works well it's just customer service isn't helpful.

This product was an impulse buy, and a pricey one. This can only fully purify a 6sqft space, and on its highest setting it's pretty loud. But I can't bring myself to return it, either. I feel like I still get function out of it when I keep it very close to my face, and I don't think a purifier exists that's both effective and truly portable, which I need it to be. The battery life is pretty good, at least for my use of it- so far I've never had it die on me. I switch between the three settings throughout the day depending on where I am.

Won't Travel Without

It is true they purify only 50sqft or so....but they do work. I travel with at least two - one for hotel room - one for the bathroom. They hold a charge for a long time. Only con is the handles don't stay on.
