Great Followup and Customer Support

I've been using this humidifier for about a month now and it's really useful in the bedroom where I sleep. It can be quite dry in Colorado and this helps a lot. When we ordered our first one, the bottom was a bit leaky so we messaged customer support and they sent a new humidifier right away! The new one works perfect and we were glad this company was willing to ho the extra mile to help customers get what they pay for. I would definitely recommend Pure Enrichment products to anyone!

I left a one-star review 15 days ago. Since that time, customer support reached out to me and sent me a new humidifier for free. I haven't received it yet, but I'm very impressed with customer service.

I have used this humidifier for 2+ years every winter while I sleep. It does a great job keeping my bedroom from being too dry and the colors are calming. Great warranty as well.

Well built, attractive and wimpy

This unit is well built and attractive, but was not capable of keeping my 120 sqft room at 40% relative humidity during the winter in New England. Stellar customer service.

Great Humidifier!

I have been using the humidifier for about a month, and I love it! The humidier is so easy to clean, which is a huge benefit. Cleaning is a challenge with many other humidifiers, but this humidifier has just one round basin that can easily be wiped clean. It is also great to be able to use tap water instead of needing to use store-bought filtered water. I have been using it in my 1-year-old's room, and it works great. It has a nice calming white noise sound. I highly recommend this humidifier.

I enjoy the simple design of the MistAire Eva humidifier. It’s the perfect size for any room and runs a long time for continuous use. I did my research in search of a humidifier that would stay clean and stand the rest of time. I’m happy I went with the Pure Enrichment humidifier!!
