Love this machine

I totally love this machine. It is whisper quiet, and my room feels so much more comfortable. No more static or itchiness. Easy fill up, and the filter can last more than three months. I love that it purifies the air, and humidifies all
at the same time. Great customer service too. Michael was very courteous an extremely helpful with all my questions and I received my new unit faster than I expected.

This unit looks and works great. Evaporative humidifiers are the way to go. As an owner of high-end guitars, the correct RH is crucial and this unit does the job during the winter when the heater’s on. It’s perfect for my music room. Customer tech support is great too!

Awesome Product!

We have used the humidifier through Covid and a case of RSV. It really helped with our coughing and air quality. It’s very quiet and worked perfectly for our whole family. It also helps with my husbands snoring! Customer service has been awesome and we appreciate the support.

I bought this with the intention of only using this for my plants and it seems to be working well in the just the small amount of time I’ve had it! I would say it goes through distilled water faster than I anticipated but overall I’m very pleased with it! It’s so quiet I have to check on it on occasion to make sure it’s on! Very pleased!

Love this humidifier

I bought 2 of these humidifiers and absolutely love them. I had not used an evaporative humidifier before but I’m finding I definitely prefer this to the customary mist humidifier. I would definitely recommend this product to
a friend.
The only suggestion I would make, is to include a separate noticeable note card in the box making sure people realize they need to save the float retainer on top of the filter, as the replacement filters do not come with this piece.

Quiet Humidifier and Easy to Clean

I bought 2 Pure Enrichment MistAire Eva - Mist-Free Evaporative Humidifiers- one for my living room area and one for my bedroom.
So far, I am really loving them compared to ultrasonic humidifiers that leave a white dust / film everywhere, even when using mineral deposit tablets or drops that are on the market for ultrasonic humidifiers. I also love that your product requires less filling of water, yet it still maintains moisture in the air. Love that! The design is simple and I love how it is easy to fill and how easy it is to clean.
My only complaint is that I wish the product had a more streamlined, modern design - something that is more sleek-looking.
My other recommendation is to answer the following questions in your pamphlet/ instructions:
1). How can I maintain the life of my filter? If I use it every day, how can I limit mold from growing on the filter? Should I replace it every month? I'm very concerned about mold, since I am immunocompromised and need to know an honest opinion about cleaning the filter and replacing it. I wish the instructions gave more advice about this considering our health is involved.
2). Why does it seem to require less water filling than an ultrasonic humidifier? WIth my previous large ultrasonic humidifiers, I was adding gallons of water to it each day. I'm wondering why this is.

Excellent Humidifier for My Large Room

I originally purchased a Honeywell ultrasonic humidifier for my large room, but it ended up spewing hard water dust all over my space and didn't really humidify all that well. I went looking for an alternative and found the Eva and I'm very happy with it. There's no hard water dust, the price was very reasonable, and it humidifies my ~900sqft room well. Over the last few days, I've seen it raise the humidity in the room from low 30s% up to high 40s%, so it's doing a great job with such a large space. I also like that this filter is rated for a longer time than other brands. The recommended 6 month replacement is a huge improvement over monthly filter replacement that other brands state.
Other features I like are the quiet operation, the ease of filling (there's really no dripping in the filling process because of the way the machine comes apart), and the ambiance light. I didn't think much of the light, but it's kinda cool to have on at night.
Overall, I'm happy to have made the switch to this humidifier and so far I don't have anything negative to say about it. An all around genuine 5 stars from me.
